But no worries, as their focus seems to be on whether Arrowhead, the game’s developer, will follow through with the community’s latest theory about a big upcoming update.
If you’re not keeping up with this saga, the victory at Malevelon Creek is significant. This location hasn’t appeared in the Galactic War since it became famous for a tough battle last year, even earning its own in-game memorial day. But, on a darker note, the black hole created by the Illuminate has now consumed its third planet, which is, unsurprisingly, a problem.
As we speak, players are eagerly awaiting new orders, having just digested the latest debriefing. One message celebrated their recent victory, honoring Malevelon Creek Memorial Day, while another struck a less cheerful note, mentioning that even though their efforts slowed the Singularity, it was too late to save the planet Ivis. Rest assured, the Illuminate will be held accountable for their misdeeds.
You might think there’d be a lot of mourning for Ivis, reminiscent of the reactions to losing Moradesh and Angel’s Venture.
