Top Game of the Year Expands with Nine Free Levels

In September, Strange Scaffold rolled out their sequel to El Paso, Elsewhere, called I Am Your Beast. The game initially introduced players to a compact yet engaging campaign, but with today’s free update, it boasts nine brand new levels for everyone to dive into.

These fresh additions come as part of the Support Group pack, serving as an epilogue to the original story. At the heart of I Am Your Beast is Alphonse Harding, a former secret agent fed up with constant calls to return for “one last mission.” When he finally declines his old bosses at the Cover Operations Initiative, the agency retaliates by sending multiple operatives to take him out.

Strange Scaffold has revealed that in this epilogue, players will encounter traumatized agents from the Cover Operations Initiative who act as unreliable narrators throughout the expansion. This narrative twist might just be the reason why players suddenly gain extraordinary abilities, like the power to punch off enemies’ heads.

Alongside the update, Strange Scaffold released a gripping new trailer for I Am Your Beast, highlighting the rave reviews and accolades the game has accumulated since its launch.

Currently available exclusively on PC, I Am Your Beast is set to expand its reach with an iOS version planned for release in January 2025.
