Thunderful has just unveiled the first recording from their developer diary for "Lost In Random: The Eternal Die," which is making its way to the Nintendo Switch platform soon.
In this video, Martin Storm, the game director, dives into the intriguing roguelike elements of the game, including its unique relic system, interesting characters, and more.
Stormteller Games, which you might remember as Thunderful Gothenburg, is the creative mind behind this latest installment. This chapter of the quirky and eerie Lost in Random universe introduces us to a rogue-lite action game.
The story kicks off when Mare the Knight traps Aleksandra, once known as The Queen, along with her ally Fortune, inside the ominous Black Die. To break free, players must navigate a labyrinth brimming with monstrous pawns and colossal board games, each more challenging than the last.
Triumphing in these battles allows you to gather treasures that bolster your odds against Aleksandra’s oppressor. Yet, it’s your quick thinking and the reliability of your die companion that will ultimately see you through this chaotic world where sinister forces roam and Random dictates the rules.
The publisher has shared some exciting game features to look forward to:
-
Mastery Meets Chance: Experience high-speed combat that seamlessly blends real-time action with strategic planning, along with a pinch of luck.
