Get ready, because Immersion Games, that indie team from Poland, is gearing up to drop their latest creation this month. It’s a fresh VR experience that spices up traditional fitness routines with a splash of fantasy adrenaline.
They’re calling it Fitness Fables. This game is packed with features straight out of a fantasy epic: think 80 levels, 16 intense boss showdowns, and a ton of bonus challenges that promise to keep you entertained for about 24 hours of gameplay.
The game delivers an on-rails journey but doesn’t skimp on physical activity. You’ll be mastering exercises like power squats, swinging ropes, pressing to the sky, battling with ropes, throwing punches, rowing, and so much more.
Imagine a fantasy world where instead of just swinging swords, you’re getting a full-body workout. It’s a solid choice for those who might not be drawn to the rhythm rave of games like Beat Saber or Synth Riders, nor the structured routines of guided fitness titles like Supernatural or Les Mills Bodycombat.
Fitness Fables isn’t Immersion Games’ first rodeo either. This isn’t their first dip into VR waters. They’ve previously rolled out some noteworthy games: the competitive PvP title Divine Duel in 2023, a mind-teasing adventure in Extreme Escape from 2022, and the sports-centric Disc Ninja back in 2021.
Mark your calendars for January 30th when Fitness Fables hits the Quest. You can snag it in advance on the Horizon Store for Quest 2 and newer devices, all for a cool $12.
