Before we close out the year for the Christmas season, we wanted to give you a friendly update about a racing games franchise on the PS5 and PS4 that’s about to disappear for good. You’ve got until December 31 to snag any of the NASCAR games and their downloadable content because they’ll be removed from all digital storefronts, including the PlayStation Store.
Now, if you’re looking for a bargain on PS5 and PS4, the NASCAR racing games are currently going for $20 or less. Some even come with bonus DLC at no extra cost. For instance, the NASCAR Heat 3 – Hendrick Motorsports Test Scheme Pack is among those offering free add-ons.
In the ongoing PlayStation Store sale, NASCAR Arcade Rush is a steal with a 70% discount, dropping its price to only $15. If you’re subscribed to PS Plus Extra, you’re in luck because you can play NASCAR Heat 5 for free, but only up until December 31.
Here’s a quick rundown of the ten NASCAR games that will be delisted across all platforms:
– NASCAR 15: Victory Edition
– NASCAR Rivals
– NASCAR 21: Ignition
– NASCAR Heat Mobile
– NASCAR Heat Evolution
– NASCAR Heat Ultimate Edition
– NASCAR Heat 2
– NASCAR Heat 3
– NASCAR Heat 4
– NASCAR Heat 5
Don’t worry if you already own any of these titles; you’ll still have access to them after they’re delisted on December 31.
In related news, the NASCAR license is now in the hands of iRacing, which has announced that they’re working on NASCAR 25, slated for a fall 2025 release.
