Nintendo has rolled out a fresh smart device app called Nintendo Today, likening it to a daily planner.
With this app, you’re set to receive a daily dose of news, videos, and comics featuring beloved Nintendo games and characters from selected franchises.
Following the Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2 event, which is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2nd, you’ll find all the details about the upcoming portable home console right within the app.
“Since 2011, Nintendo Direct has been your go-to for Nintendo updates delivered right to you, and it’s now become a must-watch event for many,” Shigeru Miyamoto shares.
“We’ll keep hosting Nintendo Direct presentations, but we’re also excited to introduce a new platform designed to bring information straight to your fingertips. This is our new app, Nintendo Today!, functioning much like a daily calendar. Within, you’ll discover a variety of Nintendo-related events and receive fresh content on games and characters every day.
“Post-Nintendo Direct for the Nintendo Switch 2 on April 2nd, expect the latest Switch 2 updates delivered daily and directly through the Nintendo Today! app as well.”
Here’s a rundown of the app’s features:
