This event is organized by Nintendo of Europe SE, located at Goldsteinstrasse 235, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and promises intense gameplay and fierce competition.

Event Period and Locations

Mark your calendars for Friday, December 6th, when the action heats up from 18:00 to 20:00 CET (17:00 to 19:00 UK time). This exciting event is open to residents across a host of European nations, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, and more, all the way to the United Kingdom. However, due to geographical distance, players in regions like the Azores and the Svalbard archipelago might not be able to join in. We hope to make this epic battle accessible and enjoyable for as many players as possible!

Participation

Joining the competition is a breeze. Players need a Nintendo Account configured for one of the eligible countries, paired with an active Nintendo Switch Online membership—whether it’s a paid account or a free trial. To get started, you’ll need to have the game on your Nintendo Switch and play at least one tournament match through the game’s main menu by selecting “Online” and navigating to “Official Tourney Qualifiers.”

Tourney Score

The Tourney score is a unique measure of skill in these exclusive events. Your mission is to climb the leaderboard by improving your Tourney score, which reflects your performance against others, factoring in the scores of your opponents. Keep an eye on your ranking in real-time during the event through the game’s interface. Feel free to dive into as many matches as you like; every match matters, and even those that finish after the event’s close time will count.

Winners and Prizes

The competition is fierce, but the rewards are sweeter! The top 10 players will each bag an impressive 2,500 My Nintendo Gold Points. If you land within the top 100, you’ll still earn a respectable 1,000 Gold Points. Remember to maintain your participation integrity—changing your country setting to a non-participating country or bending the rules will lead to disqualification and could affect your Nintendo Account status. Only legitimate victories will be celebrated, and all prizes are awarded as Gold Points, with no cash or alternatives available.

Delivery

Expect your Gold Points to arrive in your Nintendo Account within two weeks after the event wraps up. Check your My Nintendo Point Log to confirm the prize has been added once you’re signed in.
